The Dressing Room: Bistro and Bar By Can Can

8/23/22 Naked in the dressing room ???? We went to the @cancansdressingroom @cancanseattle at @pikeplacepublicmarket expecting our brunch to be well dressed but unfortunately it wasn’t. We thought we’d have a casual brunch before spending the day in downtown Seattle, but I guess it was just too casual. My kind ordered the Market Breakfast and they didn’t even salt the eggs. The potatoes had no flavor, and needed that ketchup. The bacon was basically dehydrated. I ordered the French toast but asked for the berry compote on the side. What isn’t pictured is the entire flat plate of berry compote with nothing else, in addition to the side sauce of it they gave me. They really could do wonders more by switching their bread to a brioche or challah too, something moist.

Awesome place. Food tasted great (tried the kale Caesar salad and yellow fin tuna). Drinks were unique as well. Design was well done inside as well. Servers were pleasant.

Took a friend here for brunch for Father's Day. LOVED IT! The atmosphere is quirky, the food was delicious, and the service was AWESOME. I had the Market Madam (Croque Madam) which was fabulous!! My friend had the prosciutto benedict and said it was the best eggs benedict he has ever had...and he LOVES a good benedict. We will definitely be back!
