The Den on Sunset - West Hollywood Restaurant & Bar

Went for a Mother’s Day brunch. Interesting menu. Good food. I had chicken and waffles that was a different take on the dish as the waffles were savory, which I loved. My work has the Den omelette and it was wonderful. The service was lacking. My biggest complaint is, the food came out at different times. I hate that! It was difficult to get the server’s attention. Had to ask for water and bread that was supposed to come with the eggs was never served until we waved the waitress down. The setting is beautiful. We’ll go again.

Great vibes, DJ was incredible and played all millennial songs, to which we danced to until they closed. Cocktails were on point. I do not recommend their dessert assortment, which was a disappointment. Will return soon for more dancing, good ambiance, and great drinks!

We went here twice while we were in the area. The first time was late afternoon/early evening. Staff was great, food was fantastic. This made us come back another night. The second night was a bit later but expected the same service. Not quite as good as the first night. Food was good again though. Absolutely worth the stop if you are nearby. It’s four because of the inconsistency of service and one of the food items we had both nights. Do make sure you get a signature drink you MUST try the brussel sprouts. They were fantastic!
