This place is aptly named. The chicken was indeed crack meaning absolutely delicious. The chicken thigh for the Firebird really perfected the “chicken sandwich”. The chicken was so crunchy yet extremely juicy on the inside. Great flavor all around including the bun and the ample amount of pickles on it. The Cali Drip was equally as delicious in a different manner. The chicken was as “fall apart in your mouth” soft. Beyond satisfying. Lastly, the sauce bar was the cherry on top. Siracha 1000 was great but the pineapple mustard sauce is truly unlike anything I’ve ever tasted before, top tier. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.
By Top Chef winner Richard Blais. Parking at the back of the restaurant and you’ll have to walk to the front pass the soda fountain and sauce station to order your food. The French fries was really the star of the show. Tossed in chicken and duck fat, it’s crispy and full of flavor. Rest of the food were good and place was rather packed even for a Tuesday evening. 2nd visit and tried the fried chicken this time. Had fries and nuggets. Came on a Saturday afternoon. Gets crowded by about 1230pm.

The meal only got better from there. The Asado fries are next level—combining all the joys of tasty French Fries with the flavors of an awesome platter of nachos. The chicken oysters were next level delicious. It was so hard to decide whether to eat them all plain or dunk them into the variety of sauces. As I said, there’s a sauce bar where you can serve yourself as many kinds as you like—I recommend the Baby G’s BBQ sauce personally. And th
