Wow! The food was superb! This was the first time visiting and the staff was friendly and helpful. Coffee was great as was our avocado toast and strata, but the real star was the morning bun. So delicious - I gotta get that recipe! Outside seating in front and back. Place was clean and tables spaced nicely to allow for conversation. Kid-friendliness: Young families were there as well as retirees. Parking: Plenty of parking in back!
Yummy food! I had the cold turkey sandwich with avocado. Very fresh and flavorful. The sesame bread had a good texture to it. So big I couldn't finish it all... but I did manage a chocolate croissant, which was very nice with my vanilla latte.
The Clover & The Bee is one of my favorite brunch spots in STL! Everything on the menu is delicious and the counter service makes the atmosphere very laidback. They don't take reservations - get there early! MY FAVS: Cold Smoked Salmon, Chopped Salad, Slushy White Sangria
