The Chinese Restaurant Of Crossings

Been ordering from here for years but lately, they are super disorganized. Ordered for a party in person, days ahead of time. When I sent my brother to pick up my order the day of the party, they had no record of it. I texted him the receipt (thank god I had it), and they still didn’t know what happened to it so they said they’d make it right away and we had to wait a while. Meanwhile, my brother was missing the party waiting for the food. Then tonight I ordered online for pickup and when my husband went to get it, he was told another person with my same name took my order. What? So anyone can just walk in with the same name and take another person’s order? Which by the way, the other person’s name was DIANA. How does that sound anything like Gabrielle? What happened to verifying with the credit card, or using the confirmation number we’re given online? Who just gives a bag of food away without checking? Terrible organization. The food is good, but this will be my last time coming here

Large portions, good prices, and very tasty! Quiet indoor seating. They also serve some Peruvian inspired dishes (separate menu).

It used to be better than now. Food quality is in downfall and service takes much longer. I don't plan to come back anymore
