The Chicken Place

You have wonderful chicken and to die for fried okra, 5 stars, but your service? 3 or maybe even less. My son and I drove up there to order him a tenders meal. We were the only ones there, there were 5 workers that I could see and it took FOREVER for the meal to be made. I felt that maybe it's because they were cooking chicken fresh, but I don't know for sure. We got home and the dinner had the incorrect sides and the gravy lid had not been put on and spilled out everywhere, everything was coated with gravy and no we didn't tip the bag over in transit. Now, I understand mistakes happen, I do, but this is quality control issue. Pay attention to what is going out to the customer and you will win in the end, when I have to turn around and drive back to rectify, it sours me from shopping there for a very, VERY long time, I'm sure I'm not the only one.

This was a bad experience. This was my first time (and last) eating here. Everything i ordered was a disappointment. ???? I ordered the 10 piece w 2 sides and a dessert. The issues: Broccoli Rice n Cheese - bland, pasty and overcooked. Green beans - very overcooked, grey, and flavorless. Rolls - HARD-stale and inedible - they over-microwaved them to heat them up - why did you even bother serving these? Banana Pudding - what a joke - no bananas and vanilla pudding = No banana flavor - why is this on your menu? Chicken - no flavor, no seasoning other than salt.

Ordered 2 / 6 piece tender meals with fries ( 6 fries in one and 8 in the other) and ordered a 4 piece with mashed potatoes. Got home and my sweet tea was unsweet. Rolls burnt for $40 I really expected better then this. We eat at least once a week there ( well we uses to but after today never again) called up to talk to management and after my complaint she asked for me to bring it back to replace. After I asked how to make a review she hung up on me. Gave one star because no star wasn't a option
