Best chef in the city! Spectacular and amazing is an understatement! Best bites I’ve had since leaving California in 2015 Get to the chefs table and meet chef Ryan have him cook for you and when you see him later winning a food network tournament You’ll be able to say I had his food! He is outta his mind
Wow. Chef Ryan presented an incredible coursed dinner with an amazing flow and wonderful wine pairings. What he has been able to push out of a sub optimal kitchen really shows his skills. The ever changing menu let's you explore many different cuisines.
This was a typical chef/patron interactive dining experience in many ways. The food was prepared well, plated beautifully, and the chef talked about his background and culinary experience, menu choice, sourcing of ingredients and we had the pleasure of watching him cook. It feels like you are sitting in his kitchen at the counter. However, he is missing an actual chef’s kitchen, it is very rudimentary. I guess for $200 p/p I expected something more on the line of 610 Magnolia. Although the food was excellent the experience was lacking and the wine flight overpriced.
