The Cheesecake Factory

How disappointing. I went for my birthday! The service was slower than frozen molasses going uphill. I had to ask for my drink a few times, and after 49 minutes of waiting for an appetizer (and still no drink), the order was wrong, so they took it back to continue to wait. But that's forgivable if the food would have been great, but unfortunately, it was not. I ordered the chicken marsala, and my husband ordered the salmon. My chicken literally tasted and looked like microwaved chicken with some pepper sprinkled on it. No salt. They, of course, slathered it in the sauce, but there was no hiding the lack of salt or the texture. Th cheesecake did much to uplift my spirits, but I will NEVER eat there again. I will order cheesecake to go! I had the pumpkin cheesecake, and it was amazing. That's why they got an extra star.

We went out to eat dinner here on a Friday afternoon around 4pm and did not expect the place to be crowded. The place did not look busy but it took a very long time to get our food. We started our order with roadside slider, they tasted okay but here not hot. I ordered the Thai chicken salad and the chicken was cold. I understand that it's a salad but the chicken was grilled and I expected it to be warm at least. My younger daughters split a pepperoni pizza, which my oldest enjoyed but my youngest found to be too spicy. I tried it and I could understand how someone could find the pepperoni to be a little spicy. My husband ordered the BBQ smokehouse burger and inhaled it in 2 second. He said that it was tasty and highly recommends it. I would have given this place a higher rating but the food took a long time to come out. We also never received any bread even though the waitress confirmed it with us. Also, I was put off by the menu that had crumbs all over it.

Everything was delicious. We were a party of 8 and Kelly took care of us spectacularly. We got our food quick and she was very attentive. Wait time was an hour but it’s expected for such great food. Worth it.
