Cheesecake factory Chesterfield is one of my favorite restaurant in the town. I like all dishes as well as I like all cakes and desserts too. the environment is very good the staffs are very nice, food is delicious.
I ordered Cheesecake Factory for dinner tonight (to go) and my slice of raspberry white chocolate cheesecake was half the size of the other two pieces I ordered and looked like someone had taken a bite out of it. I was grossed out and disappointed I was charged $8-9 for a HALF slice of cheesecake and received more whipped cream than cheesecake. I feel like this is poor quality and service. If I could be refunded that would be great. My order is under Jessica McLaughlin. Everything else was wonderful and delicious - order was correct besides this. Customer service was very good.
This is my favorite location! The Decor is so beautiful! Jennifer Williams gave us SUPERB service from start to finish! We were barely seated before she started to execute our courses. PERFECT TIMING! The food was delicious and my family enjoyed this occasion. We are grateful to Jennifer for the top-notch service that she provided✨⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
