The Carillon

We were here a few years ago and it was just Ok. Today, our way to a Post Malone concert, we to tried it again. Wow! What an improvement! First, all staff from the front door to the hostess and host to waiter and his assistant were as polished and have ever experienced anywhere. The charcuterie and cheese board was varied, fresh and very good. Marmalades, cheeses, cold cuts crackers, dry figs and gherkins a good mix of flavors and textures. The wedge, carpaccio and pork belly well executed and delicious. As for main dishes the NY strips were flawless and perfectly medium rare. Deserts also beautiful and delicious. I hear the chef used to work at Uchi if it’s true, it explains a lot. This is must visit and a place that will likely see me visit often. Very pleasant experience! We came in for my birthday lunch yesterday, and everything was perfect. Food was served on time, beautiful presentation, and flavors spot on. Chefs-owned restaurants are the way to go! And they served a little cake at the end for my birthday too. Very good espresso, service of very high quality too. Totally worth the price, which wasn't that hight at all for the quality of the whole experience. I'll definitely go back again, hopefully with my family from Europe.

Illimited AND qualitative buffet in a pleasant, spacious, AND convenient setting; helpful, patient, and efficient staff that was able to cater to a party of +25 (all asking for individual checks!) so that we were in and out in less than an hour to meet a tight schedule...
