I've been to Capital Grille several times around the country and I'm usually pleased. This time not so much. It just didn't wow me. Steak was over cooked and charred on the outside. Crab cakes were awesome. Service was great. The food was just lackluster.
The service here is excellent; Heather and Mark did a wonderful job making the environment welcoming. I had Prosecco alongside my Chicken over Mushroom Risotto. The chicken was perfectly cooked, as was the risotto, and they have a great wine selection. The valet parking was a plus too.
