The Capital Grille

I was here for the very first time June 24,2023 which was my birthday. I celebrated my 60th birthday here. It started out pretty good. The waitress was very nice, then things changed when they found out that The party of 10 turned out to be a party of five. my son signed a contract saying that we would spend $700 or more, well, because it wasn’t Ten of there was no way we were going to eat $700 worth of food. Long story short they tried to make us stand up with the agreement that my son signed. We understand that but, couldn’t you extend a little grace because it was my special day,Hmmm For a whole 45 minutes my son and friend talk to the manager the supervisor and the lady that made the reservations. I was not happy at this time I wanted to leave. then things started to change, the supervisor decided to break the agreement for us. He apologize to me, because after all, I was celebrating my 60! birthday, and it didn’t seem like no one cared that I was unhappy. but like I said, things

Our waiter Alex was PERFECT!~ He kept our glasses filled, was very knowledgeable about the menu, and his service was stellar!~ Soon as we walked in our table was ready. The food presentation was impeccable. The only drawback I had was the dress code. It CLEARLY wasn't being enforced. A lot of the guests wore jeans and t-shirts, and one man even had on joggers. Other than that the food and the ambience was great.

Visited this location for a night out with friends and really enjoyed this location. The food was superb. Our server was a little eager but really helped elevate our experience she took her time and explained things on and off the menu , while this was not our first time , it definitely was a different experience than our trips before. The only set back to our night was the choice of seating we were assigned. Maybe it was the time of day we visited but we were placed in the back by the restrooms with relatively no other patrons at the restaurant. We felt a little snubbed. Hopefully on our next visit we can have accommodations by a window or the bar.
