The Broilers

The food is really good but the staff could be a lot better unfortunately you have to deal with them to get broilers...

To Nenita Feliz, I experienced the exact same thing word for word. Tried to ask how the cashier's day was going and she was super rude. Didn't even get my order right and got super mad when i told her to change it ????

Broilers (especially on Willow & Herndon) has gone downhill. This is not once, twice, or 3 times that I have tried to give it another shot and it just seems to get worse and worse. Not only with the increase in charge (as everywhere) but they are charging more for less. Shy of $11 for a half salad which probably doesn’t even equal to 2 cups of lettuce and definitely not even a 2 oz of chicken. The “portions and weight” I was told is up to the owners direction. It is very sad to see how the quality of salad has diminished; I have been a long time Broilers fan, and have seen the original portions vs.now (my daughter worked there many years ago). Today, was the day I totally forgot that this location was not my fav but I have been reminded once again. I stopped in quickly for a salad to take to my boyfriend who has COVID, and a salad for myself. I get home and again, missing both dressings for both salads. My half salad was a huge disappointment.
