The Break Sports Grill Downtown SLC

Stopped in with my wife and we have never been here. Looks very nice and we were greeted with “sit where ever you’d like” the place was definitely not busy. About half full, plenty of empty tables. We then proceeded to sit there for 30 minutes and no one came to greet us or ask any questions. There were plenty of staff members rolling around. We tried to flag down multiple as they just looked at us and kept moving along. We ended up just leaving. Kinda sucks because we wanted to try it.

The GF and I were staying at the Hyatt House (also very nice) and were starving so we stopped in. We were very pleasantly surprised with... everything. Brittney is a rock star who ran the whole front end - including mixing our delicious drinks - by herself. I do think she had a busser or something but it was all her. We very much appreciated how she didn't have the music or TVs blaring. We hate that. we could actually hear each other speak. Not what I expected from a "Sports Grill" My SLC cheesesteak was delicious and the GFs burnt end nachos were "Pretty damn good" (her words). My Jungle Bird drink and her Faceplant were quite tasty. We both worked in F&B and know good food and service when we see it. Thank you, Brittney.

So, on point with their Bloody Mary!!! We loved the food as well. First time definitely not our last.
