The Big Biscuit

Our group of 20+ (with reservations) stopped here for lunch. Very well organized and the service was good for a large group. We split The Kitchen Sink, and couldn't finish it. Some had the tenderloin and they were all rave reviews.

Walked in on a Saturday and grabbed a seat at the bar because we didn’t want to wait, and there was no one sitting at the bar. When we sat down it took about 7 mins to get the bar cleared and wiped down in front of us, but the remainder of the time we were there the remaining 6 seats at the bar were never completely cleared or wiped down. I could understand because the waitress working the bar and front section was swamped… what I don’t understand is why a man whom looked to be the manager and 2 teenage hostesses stood at the front podium laughing joking and on their phone while this poor waitress struggled waiting 4 tables and us while running her own food. I understand that everyone has a job, but I also understand a manager it is your job to make sure your whole staff is being successful… definitely reflects badly on the restaurant

Jill was a wonderful waitress! She was fast, friendly and anticipated our needs! Food was very delicious, Huge portions for the price. Clean place and comfortable. Definitely will come back!
