The Beerhouse

The service was so bad that I can't tell you how the food is. Our order never made it to the kitchen. We finally figured it out after waiting a long time. Inattentive staff and bumbling management is to blame. Avoid this place.

Visited the Beer House on Saturday to watch Cardinal game. Bar was open ! Haven’t been there over a year since Covid ! Atmosphere good! Appetizer Pretzels and cheese awesome ! Prices have gone up significantly , argh . Bartender service needs improvement . Annoys me when I asked 5 minutes prior for another drink, checks on the couple next to us and they get theirs before me, and I was watching , leaves me high and dry . I’m invisible ????. Happened to us two times on this visit . Bar was not even full. We left after that and did plan on eating .

Ate here twice over the weekend. For a nice venue, I am kind of blown away by the poor quality of the food. Everything is preprocessed and frozen. I remember this place having a much higher quality of food prepandemic. As one of the few open places to eat while there, you would think a casino would try harder than to serve food you can get from any chain restaurant drive thru.
