The Backyard Steak Pit

For a Tuesday dinner time this place hardly had people in it. We came here for a date night and were greeted very kindly. We were walked to our table where Jackie did a great job of serving us. We decided to go with some cheese curds to start. They were actually good and crispy- served with a side of ranch. Wife and I both got a salad that was decent. We are it with a small loaf of bread and butter. For the main entree we decided to try the ribeye steak and NY strip steak. Both of these steaks were 14oz and cooked to a perfect medium doneness. Steaks were juicy and tasty. Only added a bit of salt for my taste but boy was it a delicious experience. Added a baked potato and some veggies as the sides. Now that we got a chance to try their steaks I'm for sure coming back to try some of their other cuts soon. We left very full and satisfied.

Cusine here is always top notch, best in the area by far. BUT, what really makes this place special is the service. I was in on a Thursday, sat at the bar, and the lady tending bar was very busy, but she made me feel as if I were the only one in the place. She is truly an angel on earth!! I would highly recommend coming here, just not on Thursdays because I am selfish!!

Hidden gem behind a Mobile station!! We've lived in this area for over 20 years and never knew it existed!! Came here with my parent's for my birthday... DELICIOUS steaks and sides! We got there early...5ish, on a Thursday (they open at 4pm), and by 6pm they were packed! Great bar, food and lots of TVs, and I'll be coming back with my friends! Only cons: Very pricey and no free cake or pie for your birthday! :(
