Great spot in the Seattle Market area! We had a window table with a magnificent view. Our server, Melvin, was outstanding! We ordered the halibut fish and chips, and it melted in our mouths - so good!!! To be honest, the price we paid was less than other places advertised, which really surprised me based on location. The Athenian is a must stop if you're in the area and have a hankering for delicious fish and chips!
Wonderful visit to Pilkes Market Place. We walked into the Athenian Seafood restaurant. We were greeted and promptly seated. We had an amazing view of the harbor. Great vibe, fantastic food, and great drinks. Our waiter ( didn’t get his name) was a bit of a pill. (Bad day maybe) Aside from the service…….. It was awesome! Would definitely go back.
In Seattle visiting a friend we, stumbled in. Awesome atmosphere, and the views were amazing! My friend had the Blackened Bacon Burger and I did the Fish and Chips, though a few other seafood dishes sounded delicious. That deep fried cod and chips hit the spot so well. Very meaty cuts of fish and fried to absolutely supple perfection! Next time I am in town I will be making a trek back to enjoy a great meal and ambiance! CHEERS!
