After an experience the manager Billy reached out to me and invited me back. I must say he was very welcoming and attentive, the greeter Ryan was pleasant and friendly, and this visit was better. The spinach dip was AMAZING with fresh chips. My food pork chops and the T bone were cooked ans seasoned perfectly. Even during a rush we were attended to promptly and regularly. It's was slightly freezing in there but other than that minor issue I WILL BE RETURNED for more yeast rolls and dip.
Went to have dinner with friends and tell stories. Atmosphere was nice, not loud and not eerily quiet. There was bar seating with TV work sports games, we sat at a booth and conversed. Our waitress was very friendly and prompt and checked on us just enough to make sure we were taken care of. I remember her name but not how to spell it. Someone celebrated their birthday and the were sung happy birthday, but it wasn't one of those obnoxious loud ones that tries to embarrass you.
Was there about a year ago. Had the driest prime rib I had ever eaten. Complaining got me a similar cut. Customer service was no help. Went back yesterday....like a different world.. staff couldn't have been any better. Everyone's order was perfectly prepared. Tables around us seemed equally satisfied. Glad I took a second look.
