That Burger Joint

Unfortunately, I can't give a good review. I was excited to finally try this place. The service lacked in many ways... took a while for them to acknowledge we were there and take our order. It took over 25 minutes to get our food, my burger order was wrong, and the fries were over done. It is also pricey. It was over $30 for 2 burgers w/fries and 2 drinks. I can't even say "but they were overworked" or "but they were really nice/really trying". (I am very empathetic to the food and service industry.... they work very hard and so many customers are thankless). But they made no eye contact with us, it's like we were a bother to them and there were only 2 other customers there, so it's not like they were behind due to customers. ????

Took way too long. 40 minutes to cook 2 burgers and it wasn't only us. My sons bun was burned. We went to another burger chain afterwards for him. Nearly every customer I heard apologies to them as well. No milk in milk machine, no napkins. Had to ask for ketchup. Staff was friendly though.

Took for ever to get our food from drive up and they took to wrong car. Frys were cold. Poor service.
