Thaihey NOLA

We love Thai food and we have been to over 100 different Thai restaurants all over the world. This is the first time we were visiting NOLA and went to Thaihey for dinner. It’s a small cozy place but big on taste and flavors. We tried limited number of dishes but everything we tried was amazing! In our opinion, this is perhaps the best Thai restaurant ever. We were so impressed with the service and food that we requested to meet the chef, who must have been very busy as the restaurant was full but she obliged right away and came out to meet us! She is a very young lady with a wonderful personality. I highly recommend eating here. They are always busy and consider making a reservation in advance. One of the most amazing dish I had at this place was Spicy Eggplant with Jumbo Shrimp. I completely cleaned up my plate. It was flavorful and delicious.

Great new Thai restaurant in the French Quarter, perfect spot for cute and delightful meal. It seems they take great care in the details of every dish and cocktail. The food taste rich and fresh.
