Thai Lotus

This was well worth the wait for food while children used playground. The teamwork among the servers was easily noticeable. Good job, well done. The food was truly tummies and tasteful while staying hot for awhile. Eating here is truly a wonderful experience but the servers were overloaded probably due to staff shortages.

Although the spice level is good, the Pad Thai was dry and not sweet enough, the tofu was chewy and too fried. The eggs in the dish were good, but the dry food stuck to my throat and made me cough. My husband’s basil fried rice was not sweet at all as it should be, the quantity was very less, and there were not enough veggies on the side as other places add when serving. Overall the food was okay, but drastically overpriced and not worth the drive or the money. 2.5/5. Also, they did not add sprouts to my Pad Thai as the classic dish should always have, and the server kept saying they don’t have lime. How do you not have lime?

I have been ordering from Thai Lotus since they opened. Food is always delicious. BUT tonight they failed. One of the best things about Massaman curry is the creamy avocado. I had 5 pieces of avocado that I couldn't cut it was so unripe. Very disappointing.
