Thai Kitchen Bowl

Worst customer service, I called to place a phone order for pick up. The girl on the phone hung up on me twice because I could not understand what she was telling me, she said something about a red card I need to have in order to place an order over the phone. I kept asking how I can order and she kept yelling red card and hangs up. I call back again and asked if I can go in an order instead and she asked to verify the address of the business that I could not show up unless I verified the address. Once It took me about 2 minutes to get on Google and look for the address she hangs up again. I just went across the street to Thai Garden BBQ instead to place my $345 order ???? you missed out on a great customer because we are a business and we order quite alot.

It was a very clean, small , and personal Thai restaurant. I've gone to many Thai restaurants, but this place stands out to me.I I love this restaurant. They serve delicious food that is also beautiful to look at. Service is very friendly. I have tried Thai food all over the country. The Thai Kitchen Bowl is my favorite. Yellow curry, Green Curry, Pad Thai, and Spicy Basil —and the mango rice dessert is perfection.

Above and beyond service. I walked there from Kaiser hospital because I didn’t want to lose my parking spot. (Husband in ICU). When I got back I realized I had confused the order and forgot the noodles. I was about to cry. They delivered them, right to me, in less than 10 minutes, no charge. And the food was delicious. I ordered special tofu which was packed separately so the tofu remained crispy and the broth was delicious mushrooms, broccoli and veggies. If I lived here, I’d be back every week.
