TGI Fridays

I came in after shopping, my appetizer came in quick so i thought the food would come in like 15min after, WRONG!!! I waited after an hour and was about to get up and leave but since i was so hungry I asked one of the bartenders.She seemed very upset. She went to the kitchen and the food came out right after her. Looks like the food was just stading there the whole time and they clearly forgot about us. My husband was so upset because the food was so cold. Very bad experience could be fixed as there are some good employees who actually cared and apologized for the inconvenience. Thak you!

Very quick service. Food is always decent, you know what you’re getting here. Restaurant was clean but the floor by our table was very sticky. I went there for my birthday very disappointed the service when I walk in the hosts was on they they phone typing away on social media. The wait for the food was long, when food came was cold. The fries frozen. I decided to go with the salad since I ordered like 4 different things. After couple bites. I started to have stomach ache I took some Imodium had to use the bathroom then rush home to have bad runs. Do better I would not be coming back.
