TGI Fridays

This probably could have been a decent experience. However, when the person is your hostess/server and they have a bad attitude due to their own mistakes in your order can make the experience very sour. It also makes me as the customer very nervous about eating and/or drinking anything that can't be seen made and this person has to bring. I order a drink and water without ice. Water didn't have ice but drink did. Drink was very pretty with fruit and clear with ice. Asked her to correct the order. She caught an attitude ????. The order came back looking like pure dirty water. Informed her I didn't want it. I never touched the drink beside to stir it thinking maybe it had lots of things in it so glass was full just like she brought it to the table. There was more attitude ???? ????. Received bill and guess what was on it....you guessed it....the drink that was never touched . Informed her that I didn't want to pay for something I didn't have. Seated right away,food tasted good. But wait times between etc refilling glasses, ordering food,and even getting the bill took way longer than needed. What gets the 1 star is picture of the chicken fingers on the website is absolutely not at all what you receive. The portion size of the chicken tenders could've been mistaken for a child serving. Overall if your not picky about the food and not in a crunch for time it may be a trip for you ????.

Ugh! More staff than customers. Met friends here for supper- sad is the best word for this place. Waitress didn't put in an order and then blamed the difficult of making their new "signature dish"on the delay after the rest of us got our food, then a manager came by and said it would be out in a moment- 10 minutes later it arrived. It was fajitas! I haven't been to TGI Fridays in over a decade- I'll not go again for at least another decade.
