TGI Fridays

Waiter was very nice, but everything else was just sad. If you’re going to have steak on the menu, you really need to have someone there that knows how to cook it. New cook? Totally cool, sent one back. But a second time ? Sad face. Manager didn’t even try to say anything. Dude just walked around aimlessly. I don’t want it taken off the bill, that should be a given after 2 strikes, Instead I got Mac and cheese and cold mashed potatoes. No steak. And not a word from whoever is running the place.

How is this place able to operate? Thr bathrooms are impossible if you use any mobility assistance (too narrow for walker, no rails, had to brace on moving item to try to stand- sent spine into spamming mess for a couple of days was dependent on my ubrevly) I had to exit to get my daughter to assist me... how embarrassing asking her and having people around. The server was sweet, as was the manager who I met because the chicken on my plate tasted/ had texture, like taking from the freezer to the microwave and leaving it too long. Wasn't sure if it was because I was in pain, so I tasted my daughter's dish; hers was flavorful. Since my food was left on the empty table behind me, the smell of the spice was unsettling, they took it off my bill asked if we were close- I'm sure they were going to offer some coupon or incentive to return, but I'm just surprised building codes and ADA absence haven't closed this location. Again, the issues were NEITHER the server NOR the nor manager. They w
