2 stars for staff! Host was friendly, server very polite but the cocktails tasted watered down and the food was not good. I had a chicken breast that was so hard that it reminded me of the turkey from the Christmas Vacation movie. Caesar salad overdressed. Vegan burger was good.
This location is AWESOME! Staff is always friendly & genuine! They take great care of every customer with wonderful service and of course great food & drinks! I travel with a service dog & always offered water for him! I will definitely visit again when in Richmond! … More
Unbelievable! The waitress was all over the place… we got our salads before we got our beverages… which were quite warm as if the ice was on shortage… then we were asked if we were ready for our check before we received our meals… Receive our food ???????? The “New” Steak and Frites needs to be taken off the menu! Who wants to pay $17 for a plate of potato chips and a little steak?!?!? And the steak wasn’t charbroiled, it was burnt! Huge difference in taste! My expectations weren’t high but this was deplorable!
