TGI Fridays

I used to love going to this place but now I wouldn’t even recommend it. The service was horrible I couldn’t get my order out without the waitress asking “Is that it” after every item I said. I felt very rushed and then my order wasn’t even right not even the drinks. I ended up taking some food to go. I didn’t want to be there any more. Got home and wanted to eat my burger, I asked for medium well done, bit into it and it was raw smh I won’t be going back to this location. FYI It wasn’t busy in there at all. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE

Upon entering the establishment you would expect to be greeted by the host to seat you. Much to my dismay me and my guest waited for someone to assist us and 4 minutes into my wait another couple came in and all four of us waited an additional 2 minutes before I peeped around the corner to see no other than the the hostess sitting down. She see me and immediately start to do her job and seat us. As we traveled to what was a hazardous lawsuit of a maze of water puddles to get to our dirty table and seats. The bright spots were the waiter Danny who did what needed to be done in respect to making sure the order was in correctly and the meal was prepared well and it came out promptly However the plates the food came on was dirty. I recommend the manager walks the floor to see what his employees are NOT doing such as making sure the restaurant is safe and hazardous free….

Haven't been to TGI Friday's (Oaklawn) for awhile. The service was great and food was good but the "loaded potato skins" were cold. The "bucket of bones" however, was very tasty. The experience was still good knowing that they didn't have enough servers working.
