TGI Fridays

This was an awful experience all around. The wait was insane, while I had a front row seat to watching all if the waitresses and the manager chat and laugh while the customers waited. She claimed that the fry cook didn't show but they didn’t even bring my salad out. The quality of the food wasn’t any better. Our chicken was way over cooked and the potato skins were soggy. The soda had a strange sweet taste and it was flat. Add to that the lack of cleanliness. The bathroom was disgusting with caked on dirt and grime all over the floors, walls, and stalls. This place needs a state inspector in there and a deep cleaning along with a retraining of the staff. The only positive I can say is that our waitress was nice but she was one of the ones in the kitchen laughing while we were waiting for our food.

The Good: I had the buffalo wingman burger, my wife had the Cajun pasta, and my son had the sliders, and all of the food was good. Our drinks were equally good, as well. The Bad: Firstly, as you can see by the picture, the table was not cleaned off thoroughly. My wife complained of her shoes sticking to the floor. The lights were very low and it gave the restaurant a gloomy atmosphere. The service was bad. Our waiter took entirely too long to take our orders for the drink, she gave us our food and then disappeared for the entirety of our meal, and then she took entirely too long to give us our receipt. She even made the paying situation confusing as she handed us our box and the receipt and told us to have a nice night this was without taking my debit card and charging it, so of course, I am wondering if she forgot to have us pay. Fortunately, the manager rang up our bill. It was very strange. The waitress just seemed very inefficient. Judgment: Stars: ⭐⭐ Just, overall, bad service. I

Team doesn’t know how to get the order right the first time. Ordered one salmon rice and broccoli and got a med rare cheeseburger and fries. The manager, Omar doesn’t know how to show empathy when assisting clients. Save yourself the time and headache go to the Avenue Bar Louie or Banditos.
