TGI Fridays

My to go order is never correct. Ive had issues with the quality of my food. The manager once argued with me because i i refusee to take an order that was not mine. Eating in the restaurant is better. I do not recommend take out. I live in the area but I typically drive to the Towson location for better service.

Team doesn’t know how to get the order right the first time. Ordered one salmon rice and broccoli and got a med rare cheeseburger and fries. The manager, Omar doesn’t know how to show empathy when assisting clients. Save yourself the time and headache go to the Avenue Bar Louie or Banditos.

Let me start from the top. When I entered TGI, the greeting was professional and courteous. I placed an order for 2 different orders. I waited about 10 minutes and received my bag. I was out the door. When I got home to relax and enjoy a movie with my food. Pulled out my order and I opened my French Fries.. Lawd mercy those fries were super salty I couldn't eat them. Then I opened the chicken and the chicken was super hard and super salty as well. Not cool at all.. Will I visit this TGI location again.. I think I will only because the person who helped me was very nice but not for a while TGI must do better..!!! ????????????????
