TGI Fridays

The food is what you expect from a TGI Friday's, which is really pretty good standard American fare. I had the whiskey-glazed burger and it was great, cooked just the way I wanted it, and that glaze is awesome. The fries were okay, but nothing special. I also ordered the chips and salsa and while they were decidedly overpriced, the salsa had a smokiness to it that I really dug. Also, our server was great, very warm and welcoming and attentive, accommodating even though we were a bit of a problem party. My big complaint is that the place feels pretty rundown and a bit dingy. And the restroom was outright unpleasant. There's also the fact that we were there on a Friday night and the live music playing out on Fourth Street was loud enough to make the windows rattle and conversation difficult.

It would probably be better to just close the only Fridays in Louisville than have to settle for what this Fridays has become. The workers here are flat out mean and rude. We will not be back. From the looks of it nobody else is coming back either????

Ms Shon worked as the bartender today. My husband and I are visiting from south Florida. We love Fridays, and stopped by for our favorite Ultimate Cobb Salad. She was very pleasant and attentive. She checked to make sure we were doing fine. We appreciate her kindness and attentiveness. Thanks for a job well done. Food was good too! ????????????
