TGI Fridays

Horrible service! Today is November 12th and my partner and I came in to have dinner. Not only did we wait more than 5 minutes to be seated (meanwhile like 3 workers looked us in our face and walked past us) they had time to talk and laugh it up in the corner but couldn’t seat us! Another group of people came in after us and asked how long we had been waiting, after informing them it had been a little over 5 minutes, that group had to go get someone and have them come seat us. After being seated, that group, along with 2 other groups that got seated after us had their order taken, meanwhile my friend and I was just sitting looking and waiting for someone to come take our order. Once again, several workers came and walked right past us, didn’t acknowledge us, didn’t say “I’ll be right with you” BUT the other groups (all seated at tables next to us and came after us) had their orders taken almost immediately. My partner had to physically get up and get someone to come take our order.

Disgusting. Food undercooked and broccoli had black spots all over it. Place was empty and now I know why. I will never return there. Mango salsa for Salmon wasn't fresh. Appears it sat out all day. Long waits. I should have checked the previous reviews.

This visit reminded me of why TGI Friday's doesn't come up on my list of restaurants to visit when I'm looking for good food in a relaxed setting. Relaxed it was, yes. So much so, that it took almost 10 minutes to have our drink order taken. The food wasn't great and the restrooms needed more attention. It was open late which was nice though.
