TGI Fridays

The service is just not the same anymore…so sad. They have forgotten my breadsticks 5 times now. I’m just so disappointed in this location. Y’all need to do better. Is there anyone there that cares about their job?? The breadsticks that I got today….this is bad.. hard dry and over cooked.

I used to praise this restaurant for their quick service and their kindness. tonight they were rude and they lied to me 3 times about the eta on my food. I talked to a lady afterwards and she was obviously upset and she said she wished she could get her money back because it was taking so long. Could you imagine being held hostage because you bought food at a restaurant and they wouldn't refund your money? Just wow. The one thing I noticed was that there was a new kitchen manager or i had never seen her before in the two years I've been coming here.

My son saw a commercial on TV and wanted to try TGI Fridays. We took him for his birthday. We got there early to beat the crowd. No music was playing yet. We could hear the kitchen staff talking and using foal language. Not our idea of family friendly. My son's burger had a sauce we did not order. My house salad was fine. But, I would not expect that to be wrong. The lettuce was green. I asked my son if he wanted to come back. The response was no.
