Texas Roadhouse

The wait for a party of 11 was typical for large groups. The service personnel were very friendly but the cleanliness of the silverware and the floors left little to be desired. It took 4 tries for them to find decent silverware that were clean enough for 5 of us to use. On the last try, I had to sift through 10 sets that they had the audacity to wrap in a cloth napkin, which 7 were unusable...where's the surprise visit from the @boardofhealth when you need them?

Amazing service ! We wanted to see a specific game on the tv and they went out of their way just to display it for us. The manager (Heather)was really kind and the server (Maria) was super sweet and was constantly checking up on what we needed. I’ve never had such a great experience/ service. We will definitely be coming back and I do highly recommend coming here. Whether your going to eat on your own or in a huge party, this is definitely the place to come to :)

This has been the worst roadhouse we've been to. We were put on the waitlist at 6:32. Got called at 7 but then had to wait ANOTHER 15 min inside. Then we were seated with no rolls or silverware and the guy took a really long time bringing our drinks and appetizers. We ordered a cactus blossom and they left the skin on part of it. (We complained and it was taken off). My dad ordered chili and my mom and I were both done with our salads by the time his bowl came out. Then we all ordered the road kill. My mom's roadkill came out looking like a brick. Definitely not the "medium" she ordered. And she didn't want to complain because we had already complained about the onion. (She could eat the middle but some parts were so burnt, she couldnt chew it) We left the restaurant at 8:20. Overall, this was not the best texas roadhouse. Go to the orange city one instead.
