Must Try Dishes
At Texas Roadhouse in North Las Vegas, Nevada, begin your meal with their famously delicious Cactus Blossom which is a Texas-sized onion, golden-fried and served with their special Cajun Horseradish sauce. The next must-try dish is the Prime Rib, seasoned with their unique blend of spices and slow roasted to perfection. Pair this with their Grilled Shrimp, seasoned in garlic lemon pepper butter and served over seasoned rice for a little surf-and-turf action. Finish off your meal with their Granny's Apple Classic, a traditional caramel apple pie served on a hot skillet with vanilla ice cream for a classic American dessert.

When you sit down they five you some hot rolls with cinnamon butter. They are tasty. We ordered the ribs and a sirloin steak. The ribs were very disappointing. There was no rub and the barbecue sauce had little flavor. The steak was fine. The steak sauce had no flavor. Each entree comes with two sides. We got the chili and the caesar salad. The salad was fine except the dressing had little/no garlic. The chili had no beans and chunks of meat. It was a little spicy. We liked it a lot. I'm not sure if I'd go back again. If I do I'll definitely try some other items.
This was my first time here and I wasn't disappointed. The bread and butter of course was great, super soft. We ordered the California chicken salad, the chicken critter salad, and the all american burger which we all enjoyed. Service was nice and our lunch was great!
We decided to give this place a try since we had never been here before. As soon as we pulled into the parking lot, we could tell that this place was popular since the lot was quite full (and it was only about 4pm, which seemed early for a Wednesday evening dinner). Fortunately, we only had to wait about 5 minutes for our table (which I realized was quite fortunate since the line was out the door when we left). We had an amazing server (wish I knew her name so I could give her a personal shout out). Our food was good; the dinner roles were absolutely delicious. Our order came out just right. They definitely have fun at this place, so it can get a bit loud at times with the music, but we didn’t mind at all. I’ll probably try some different sides next time since I wasn’t a huge fan of the mashed potatoes, but that’s just me. Overall, it was worth the trip. Kid-friendliness: A fine place for kids, even if you have loud kids like we do.
