Texas Roadhouse

This review is on a to go order!! I ordered extra sauces ranch, honey mustard, and extra butter. We didn’t receive those ( not a huge deal). We had 6 rolls with 1 small cup of butter. Also asked for plastic wear. We ordered 4 meals they gave us one thing of plastic-wear. I called and was just letting someone know to double check the orders going out. Also, I ordered loaded fries with both of the burger meals. This is something we paid extra for. Well I will attach a picture of those. To paid extra for loaded fries you would think the whole order would have cheese and bacon one them not just 1 large steak fry. We looked over that as well. The last straw was our burgers was suppose to be well done. I ate one bite of the burger and it was raw on the inside. We were so disappointed at this point we just threw our meals away. I know times are tough, and sometimes staff is short, but this is unacceptable. It not like this was a Burger King cheese burger . This meal cost our family a lot o

I wasn't so impressed. We put in a curbside order and when we called in to let them know we had arrived, they hung up on us without giving any details. We had to sit for an extra 15 minutes past the pick up time, which isn't unusual for this location. The server that brought the food to the car was super sweet though. They also can't seem to cook the steaks the way we order. We always have to cook it more ourselves. The ribs are great though. Some of the sides are VERY salty.

Went on a Monday night. Rolls were not done. Steak had no seasoning. Corn had so much pepper in them, even my husband wouldn't eat them. Only good thing about our meal was the fried pickles. Our waitress was not friendly at all. Seemed like she was too busy. Husband tried to tell her about the food she flew by us too quickly after he kept saying ma'am. We have been going here for years. Hopefully it was a off night. And they were busy. Couldn't find a manager to complain.
