We had dinner here last night. Waited an additional 30 minutes after my reservation time which was also 35 minutes. Service was awful, our server forgot everything napkins, silverware, my salad, once we got silverware it was dirty it had a hair stuck to it. Truly disgusting. Called the supervisor over he just grabbed me silverware with no regard in the world he could have offered to discount the food or dessert something but he had no regard for his customer. He just asked if I needed anything else. This was by far one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered while at a restaurant. I would rate it 0 stars but it’s not allowing me too. Never going back to this location or to Roadhouse in a while.
Texas Roadhouse is located off the Gateway. Usually parking is full because this place has an abundance of food for great prices. The atmosphere is so fun! This trip all the employees did a line dance! They also offer birthday singing for your loved one! The food is great, they have offerings for kids and vegans as well. Vegetarian options: They offer salads and a vegetable platter. Kid-friendliness: They have a very fun, kid friendly environment and kid menu. Parking: Handicap parking available
