5 star was for my service. Texas De Brazil have changed so much with COVID I understand but $50 a meal they should not miss a beat on anything. The meat was salty just a tad the salad bar my goodness it lacked so much character. The team was a strong one and everyone was polite my waitress was everything I hope she would be. I was disappointed in the meal but I'm grateful for it. When you think of Texas De Brazil you think of so much goodness it's not so good anymore.
Our server was amazing! The food was very good as well! She even made our anniversary cake special, thank you April! Dietary restrictions: I cannot eat mammalian meat, they grilled some chicken plain.
Great service and atmosphere, and the food is still great, The salad and food bar is not what it used to be, with maybe 60% of what used to be there in their previous years. Given supply-chain issues, it's understandable. But, what you come there for is the meat, and that hasn't changed at all. It's still great. If you leave hungry, you did something wrong. Extra kudos to the staff for keeping the place running after their air conditioner broke down. It wasn't terribly hot there that night, but it was warmer inside than usual.
