Service was excellent; the young lady was very nice and the appropriate amount, and provided recommendations when asked. 5 Stars. Her recommendation for the appetizer was the Charred Brussel Sprouts, and it was SO good. The brussel sprouts were charred to perfection with a balsamic reduction. A dipping cup of aioli was provided on the side that complemented the brussel sprouts well. 5 Stars. I ordered the Pesto Calzone, he ordered Angelo's Special Pizza. Portion sizes were very generous. We both enjoyed our food, but there could be some improvement - the calzone was nice but some of the dough was a little chewier than preferred, and he said the same about his pizza. For him, the mark of a good wood-fired pizza is the charred bits on the dough and crust, which it did not have. Both the pizza and calzone could have baked in the oven a little while longer. 4 Stars. I really enjoyed my delivery of Spaghetti Bolognese and Margherita Pizza. It was the best I have had in the area and the service was spectacular. I look forward to visiting in person soon.
