Teriyaki Madness

Had a great experience here this evening - despite it being almost closing time and being made aware that the kitchen was slammed, i still felt welcomed and encouraged to order. The name of the friendly and respectful employee on my receipt is listed as Sylvester, so i hope that's right, bc he was a gem. I understand that everybody is ready to head out at closing time but he did not make anyone feel that way at all, even letting someone (who had just left) back in to use the restroom. The food was also hot and fresh. All around pleasant experience!

Kudos for integrity and tastiness! This review was originally going to go a different way, but the manager and staff made it right, so I want to acknowledge their great attitude. Basically, I ordered the Spicy Teriyaki Bowl (delicious, by the way), and did not receive what I ordered when I picked it up. Of course, I only found this out when I got home. I called them up, explained what happened and they acknowledged their accidental mix up and let me return (after they had closed!) to give me my correct order. The only reason this isn't five stars is for the two trips I had to make, but I do give the manager 5 stars for integrity and having a great attitude in wanting to correct the error. I will order from here again.

The food was bland even though it was spicy chicken that we had ordered. The restaurant is small and cozy. The service was fast. The chicken was a little dry and not juicy. Overall, can try once.
