Where should I start? This is a place when you go and enjoy many types of food! Some times good some times bad! Depend of the day you go! Always is so crowded!! They have so many options of food and flavors!! The only thing they need to fix is the dessert and the saladas! Need to be little better like the hot food! But in general is a place when you can enjoy and have a nice time! Even with friends and alone! Remember the sushi bar is so good!
I came here around 9, which is understandably only 30 minutes before closing. Me and my partner already anticipated having to make sure we grab plates quickly. When we got there, the man at the front desk informed us that at 9:30 they would start taking up the food. We immediately sat down and went to grab our food and while we were trying to fill our plates and get out of the way for the workers they already started taking food away in front of our faces. Every decent restaurant i’ve been to or have worked at waits to do things like that until actual closing time hits. I think it was unprofessional as we are two customers who just paid 40 dollars for all of the food to be taken away in our face. Will not be going here again.
The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because the service was a bit of a train wreck. Our waiter took a long time to offer us a refill of drinks. We asked him twice if he could bring us more drinks and we waited almost 20 minutes, he was more attentive to two women who were seated next to us. The fact that we are two men does not mean that we do not deserve a dignified service for which we paid and that in the end we left a good tip because we understand that his salary really lies in the tips. And not to put you down or gossip, but the women didn't leave a penny in tips. But all that aside. The food is delicious, good quality, hygienic and always available. One more thing that was unpleasant... the bathrooms were full of human filth and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in days. The good thing is that there was no need to use them when we went.
