I've now tried their salad, falafel, and both an original and chicken gyro - they are all delicious! Their onion rings and fries that come in the basket are also super crisp and yummy. Always good. Onion rings are greasy today, but the gyros are worth going back for alone. It's a fair price for the food, and had a very casual atmosphere.
Used a credit card to pay. My credit card was charged more than the receipt I was given at time of purchase. Called to ask about extra charge. The fellow I spoke with said he had signs up that credit cards were charged 4% more. I didn’t see any sign nor did my wife. Either way I think that extra charge should be on my receipt NOT ADDED LATER! We certainly will never darken their door again. Very poor business practice. The fellow at Ted’s told me all restaurants in Iowa charge more for credit cards. We eat at a lot of restaurants from fast food to fine dining and have never seen anyone add charges after the receipt was issued, or add a charge for credit card usage.
