Love this place. I try to visit it everytime I am back in Des Moines. I always get a gyro with feta. They offer a basket option that comes with fries, onion rings, and coleslaw. There is a piano outside you can play. I am always surprised by how empty this place is every time I visit but they must get busy because there are always plenty of staff. Parking: Parking lot on site.
Asked for two sandwiches with NO ONION because of a food allergy. This is what we got. The receipt even says NO ONION. Both sandwiches were filled with them. We specifically put it in the order that it was due to a food allergy. Seriously? How hard is that?
Let me start by saying the super polite sweet young man taking our order did a great ???????? job! The food was hot fresh & DELICIOUS! The gyros were hands down the best I've had in years ????????. And the tzatziki sauce is the homemade sauce I've ever tasted ???? We'll be back when in Des Moines again.
