One of, if not "the" best Mediterranean-style chains I've ever visited. Staff was kind and asked good probing questions to ensure I was getting exactly what I wanted. Opted for the Hummus w/ pita (warmed and soft) and the Mediterranean Salad w/ Lamb. Hummus was probably to most flavorful and rish I've ever had. Salad was fresh with just enough tomato, feta, roasted red peppers and olives to balance the meal...and the Lamb was cooked to perfection, with just a hint of pink and lots of juice (and flavor). ONLY complaint were pitted olives...tough in a salad. Would certainly try this place again...Bon Appétit!
This food was made AFTER I ordered and you can taste the difference. The lamb was cooked to perfection. The meals were generous. I ordered 3 gyros for lunch the next day and the pita was still soft, lettuce still crisp and packed with lamb! This spot is 20 minutes from my home but so worth it.
