I like the food, but I ordered the milktea with less ice not less tea????. I asked the waiter why I’m getting the milktea with less tea instead of less ice. He was arguing with me with no shame. What a good customer service ????????????
Their hotpot is tasty. The milk tea is good too. However, they need to improve customer service. In the other hand, they have good hotpot.
I ordered the cheesy milky hotpot and it was really good. Serving size is good enough to make me full and satisfied (not too little, not too much). Will definitely go back again!
