Tasty Garden

Pretty gross. Sesame chicken is 80% fried batter, 20% mushy "chicken." Eggrolls over done. Waste of $30. Go to Golden on Malley. 50% cheaper. Way better food.

Borders a 2 star rating. Food was fine, but I was hoping for better quality given the price. I ordered sizzling rice soup, which I was excited for since it's not easy to come by. The soup base itself was pretty good, but the rice wasn't all that good. Also ordered chicken with mixed veggies. This was average, but came with a side of "fried rice" that didn't taste very good - there were no veggies or anything in it, just egg. They also didn't put crunchy noodles in the take out bag, which was unfortunate (maybe they would have upon explicit request)

Tried again to see if things were better than they were a couple years ago.... they aren't. Everything was mid. Lo mein wa mid... sesame chicken was mid... the "vietnamese noodle bowl" was 2* at best... everything was meh. Bland. Lo mein was extremely mushy. Sesame chicken was bland. Curry was surprisingly delicious though so that's a plus... too many other good Chinese places around to waste time or money on this one... Paid for extra veggies in eggfoo young sauce ad it was ggreat. Disappointed by the actual size of the eggfoo young. not nearly worth the $13 they charged. But tasted good. The Lo mein was also good. Just think their portion size is a litte small compared to other restraunts around and the price they charge
