Food is good but don’t try to call in an order, third time I’ve been put on hold and the woman working the counter doesn’t come back to me. I’ve walked in with my call still on hold and not anyone in line She couldn’t care less about customer service
The woman working tonight at the counter gets 5 stars! She was really kind and helpful! I had 2 deliveries from here and one got canceled and the other needed a substitution, she was extremely helpful and very sweet. She helped me out and was really professional. You have an amazing employee, she deserves a raise!
Late-night order, and it came through perfect As a guy from Philly, My expectation for Philly’s are high, so they had pressure. The Philly was nice and greasy, fries were actually solid too. I would give it a passing grade and highly recommend checking this place out.
