Taste of Italy

This is my new favorite Italian spot in AZ. Albert walked us through the whole menu before we ordered. The salad and bread before the main course was a savior since we were starving. The cheese and Italian dressing were the stars of the salad. The meat ravioli was delicious, but the lasagna was the best we've had so far. Will definitely be coming back again.

I tried this joint out because some locals said it was good. I will say it was okay, but nothing special. At least from what i had. I tried the meatball sandwich which as you can see is kind of flat. They take 2 meatballs and cut them in half. The meatballs themselves were pretty bland compared to my family's home made and italian delis in Chicago. The bread they served it on was damn good. Nice crust on the outside and soft inside. My partners enjoyed their pizza so I can't say much about that without trying it. This place seems to have been around for a long time based on how it looks so this may be the most authentic around to have lasted this long. The service was good, Good luck guys.
