The food was decent, but the tables were too small and the prices were a bit too high for instance a large menudo was $14.99 down the the street a large is $11.99. and In Pasadena it's $9.99. The Menudo was bland ,tasted old and just juice and meat. No hominy. The customer service was poor with the waitress only checking on us once. Very small , very cramped , high prices but the food was passable.. I recommend it only if you are really hungry and in a hurry. Other then that I recommend you drive 10mins away and down the street for a decent Menudo and service.
I've been coming here for about 25 years. Absolutely love this place. Definitely my favorite restaurant. I don't live around there anymore but I still take the time to drive there when ever I can.
