Worst customer service. We had order beef taquitos, they gave us chicken taquitos, they sold out of beef and they didn’t tell us or even ask us it was ok to give us chicken. We also order carne asada tacos and gave us al pastor. The cashier “Amparo” has a horrible attitude. She rolled her eyes when we were ordering. When we complained about our food being wrong she said something under her breath and rolled her eyes again. Took SUPER long with the food. Overall horrible experience.
I had a wonderful experience here with my family today (for dinner). We were looking for affordable food with plenty of flavor. FOUND IT. Everything tasted great, and their salsas compliment the food well. My kids LOVED the flavor of the rice and beans that came with their meals. The Steak Ranchero was recommended by the very kind staff, and it was SO flavorful. No one there cared that it was a tight dining room in an old repurposed 80's style Taco Bell. EVERYONE THERE was happy. Because the food and value are real. This restaurant succeeds in what it's trying to do. I'll definitely be back.
