Taqueria Eduardo

There many Eduardo location and to me they all taste different. The location on Winchester is my favorite burrito spot in San Jose. Until today. Bought a $17 burrito and all rice and beans. Disappointed ????. Wanted to open it up and post pics to show how very very little meat. Especially when they charge you more for carne asada

Delicious little spot with authentic taste and big ol burritos! I’ve been here three times and typically order to-go. They are incredibly fast too. Parking lot is a bit crowded but with it.

Small restaurant with very limited in store seating. The burritos are the best in the area. I haven't had a better burrito since my favorite taqueria closed down to make way for an apartment development. They use whole stewed pinto beans and the rice is perfectly flavorful without covering up the rest of the fillings. The carne asada and carnitas (super crispy) are my favorites but the pastor is also good. What really topped off my experience here was the amazing service. You can tell that they enjoy running this restaurant. One thing to note is that the chips are not great and there are taquerias with much better chips. All in all, my favorite taqueria in the entire south bay.
